Most of my film work to date has been for music videos I’ve produced with my band, Cape Wrath, like the videos “LOST KINGDOM” and “RECOVER (remix),” posted above. “TUNDRA” is a music video I made for a song I wrote and co-produced with one of my research participants after I took a trip to Northern Norway with folk high school students during my doctoral fieldwork in 2021. Together, we explored themes relating to Sámi indigeneity, carbon dependency, and the climate crisis that emerged through reflective art-making practices I co-led with a folk high school teacher after our trip.
